Advocate Arpit Jain is a founding partner of Case Law and has over 10 years of continuous practice in litigation and legal advisory. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and regularly appears before courts, tribunals, commissions and other judicial forums.
He has extensive experience in civil, criminal, commercial and financial litigation. His practice includes banking recovery, SARFAESI enforcement, debt litigation, civil disputes, commercial disputes, arbitration matters and tribunal proceedings.

Advocate Raghav Sabharwal is a founding partner of Case Law and has over 5+ years of active practice in litigation. He is enrolled with the Bar Council of Delhi and focuses on banking litigation, debt recovery, cheque dishonour matters, commercial disputes, execution proceedings, SARFAESI matters, ED matters and CBI-related proceedings.
He regularly appears before District Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Consumer Forums and Arbitral Tribunals. His work involves drafting, filing, arguing and managing litigation across multiple forums.
